update!

well, i'm just kicking off my second week at the new gig, and it's going pretty great so far. just lots of soaking up information, learning a new industry ~ terms and all, and getting to know my new co-workers. everyone seems really nice and it's a great work environment. that said, my cubicle needs a lot of work so i spent the better part of my weekend being creative. here's the before:

i found some great patterned supplies at staples by this designer. i'm in love with the happy colors she uses. i got a bunch of frames at target and put these brightly colored papers in them. i also found a fun bulletin board to hang along with a really great mirror i picked up at target. oh, i also grabbed a fun desk clock and a magnetic white board. i even made my own magnets and push pins. i'm so crafty. once i get everything up, i'll post an after picture. i figure i should wait until every one's gone before i start pounding nails in the walls.

THIS JUST IN ~ as i'm typing this, someone just handed me my new business cards. i'm official now!
